Question: Who is responsible for removing snow from the sidewalk on W 17th the roundabout? The city or the owner of the warehouse? The sidewalk lies between the roundabout guardrails and 17th St. The snow is an impediment to walkers. No one seems to consider their responsibility. Dumpster still overflowing. Now tenants are putting trash alongside it. This is getting ridiculous do you not have any authority to get this rectified?
The grate to the sewer has been sunken in for over a year, I have mad a complaint, but now with the slant and the alley wasnt plowed there is an inch plus of ice pooling and collecting. I have taken prospects on tours and almost wrecked and spun out because the ice is so bad. Tenants parents are calling and very upset that their children have to walk of the ice to class. They have stated someone is going to her hurt and file a lawsuit.
See case #193315. Issue continues. Same tenant (male, dark skin, dark hair, dark eyes) almost hit bicyclist this morning driving the wrong way on a one-way street (Lincoln) after turning south from 12th Street.

Sidewalks not cleared: 720 S College Mall Rd (E side) & 2628 E Covenanter Ct (E & W sides of College Mall) My wife and I walked to the "Shoppes" this morning on College Mall Road. After climbing over deep mounds of snow on the W side of Covenanter and crossing College Mall Road, we found that there had been no effort made to clear the sidewalk on the E side. Thinking we could return more easily by going North and crossing on Buick Cadillac Drive, we tried that. No attempt had been made to clear this sidewalk either. These are ALL commercial properties that should be responsible for clearing; that had done so for cars.
Tenants had to break up all the ice last Sunday yet the parking spaces are still not cleared and a liability to everyone living or working in the building.
Building manager has not plowed and says the apartment complex/commercial tenant space is not their responsibility. Tenants have been having to park at Hoosier Heights a few blocks down the road and clients with the businesses have fallen.
