Lower water pressure in the neighborhood and running water in the ditch next to the road

The streetlight on the southeast corner of Morton and 9th is out. I submitted to both Duke and the City of Bloomington and both said it was not their light. Is there another party that is responsible for maintenance of this light? There are multiple of the same type of light down the east side of Morton and all are working.

Along southbound The Stands Drive there are at least four (4) street light posts that have the access panel and/or a light lens removed. Approximate locations are as follows: (1) first southbound side light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south E.Rogers Road (access panel is dangling on post and two light lens are missing); (2) light post located on southbound side at The Stands Drive and E.Autumn Drive (access panel is open and loose but still attached to the post); (3) first southbound light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south of E.Autumn Drive (access panel is on the ground at the base of the post; and (4) southbound light post on The Stands Drive at S.Ashwood Drive (access panel to light post is removed and sitting on top of adjacent green utility box). Water main pipe burst, again! Reporting excessive water usage and problem!

There are so many loose power lines all over Varsity Court properties. There is one in the main parking lot that is dangling so badly as well. I made a maintenance request for the other one and they just moved it into some branches instead of actually getting someone to fix it.

A dead opossum is lying in the middle of 1st St., right in front of 405 E. 1st.

Counted over 40 pieces of trash along the south wood fence. Most looks to be mowed over and old trash. Also lots of trash in the building hallways and around the outside doors.

In November I had reported an issue with the traffic signal at Hillside/High St. (Case #199372). It was closed as resolved, but the issue has never been corrected. There is an issue with the sequencing of the light phasing. The cars heading south High St. always receive a left turn signal, regardless if there is a car sitting in the turn lane. The north/south bound lanes already receive a significantly less phase time (understandably so given the traffic on Hillside), but this creates an even shorter phase for cars going north on High St., especially with the no turn on reds posted at this intersection. Can the phasing of this light be addressed so that the southbound traffic doesn't receive a left turn signal unless there is a car in the turn lane?

Sunday night I noticed a bad taste change in our drinking water. Others have noticed as well. I’m sure others have complained and I am aware of different source, but this is unacceptable. I have always been pleased with the water in the past but our water filter doesn’t even take this foul taste out of it. This needs to be taken care of immediately. Thank you
