Gutters on both sides of the street are clogged from leaves coming down from the top of the hill and collecting in the drain with rain causing pooling, especially during hard rainfall. 228 E Brownstone DR

Case Date:
6/19/2020

Residents regularly shoot out extremely loud fireworks late at night, usually after 11pm. Brownstone management has been contacted about this, but have not responded or followed up. Noise disturbance has been reported to police, but the situation continues every night. Is there anything anyone can do to stop these people from disturbing the neighbors and their pets? It is unbelievably loud - like cannon-fire - and formally violates State law as these are tenants and not property owners and the explosions are happening after 11pm.
