Cars parked in the early morning on both sides and block the road. Dangerous in the dark morning fog or when it is raining as you visibility is limited and you can barely squeeze your vehicle through the road due to the illegal parking.
Multiple pot holes throughout this area. Large and deep holes. Dangerous as many vehicles are swerving to miss potholes and going into other lane of traffic.

A tremendous amount of trash has been piling up in front of the apartments at 507 S Lincoln St for many weeks. The entire Lincoln & 2nd intersection has smelled like rotting garbage for a while now, with no end in sight.

Recyclables & non-recyclables waste mixed. Items are not included in recycling program. Recyclable items not properly sorted. NO plastic bags or wrappers in recycle sort paper from others.
As can be seen in the photo there are three dry creek beds (swales) feeding the area where the runoff water is pooling during a heavy rain fall. Cause of the pooling is the drain through a small ridge is eroded and clogged up. City needs to remedy this issue.
crows had attacked the back parking lot early Dec 17th. My wife and I cleaned up the back parking lot Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon I went to Lowes and bought two fake Horned Owls and placed them on my air conditioner units. The next day Dec 20th there were no signs of crow activity from the night before.
