I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? 'Affordable Sprayfoam' sign almost in what looks like the gutter.

There is a dead fawn on S. High St, just south of Meadowbluff Ct., near the 2110 S. High St mailbox. It was very sad for the school children walking to Childs Elementary this morning. Thank you for all that you do to take care of our city.

At bottom of driveway is larger patch of frozen water. We have had numerous water lines breaking and wonder if this is another? Ice patch is in curb and in street.
