Vehicle parked on Third just west of Woodlawn blocking bike lane. I (a pedestrian) observed a cyclist dodge out of the bike lane into the traffic lane to avoid collision. Please enforce these problems before a cyclist gets hurt.
There's regularly a vehicle parked on this yellow curb but rarely a ticket. Union St just north of 7th.

Trees need trimmed for sidewalk head height.
Left turn signal always begins light cycle when north or southbound on Union. This is frustrating because there usually isn't even a car there to trigger the turn arrow. This causes all other cars to just sit when traffic could have been moving.
Potholes are back and bad
Ped signal buttons at 10th and Union don't work. Haven't worked since January in my experience.
