The signal seems to think that there is always traffic waiting on Fairview.
Since catalent has changed which entrances employees use, perhaps traffic signal timing and lanes etc around it should be re-assessed
The traffic light for Catalent at Fairview & Patterson needs to be fixed! It is set up for Catalent, but on down times it backs up traffic on Patterson. The light on Patterson changes every four seconds! Fix it!
The signal is letting 3 or 4 cars through and then changing to yellow. This is happening in all directions.
