Problem with traffic light at 10th and Eagleson. Northbound left turn arrow (for turning left from northbound Eagleson onto westbound 10th St) is triggering every time, even when there is no traffic in the left turn lane.
Huge pothole on College Ave just south of 10th Street in far east lane. Right in front of the driveway into First Federal Bank drive-up banking.
Bell Trace has not shoveled their front walk.

There is a pothole on the right side of the street in front of two condominiums.
Deep pothole on the road and I have once hit it with my car. I hope that this issue will be resolved soon. Thank you.

Street deterioration
The mulberry tree in the right of way is leaning and likely to fall soon. It should be removed. Also the bank looks unstable.
