Particularly troublesome lights are on South Walnut by the Herald Times, Henderson and Hillside, Lincoln and 3rd, Washington and 3rd. This switch was made about three weeks ago and is becoming quite annoying. There is a dead deer in my front yard. It appears to have died within the past 24 hours as it was not there yesterday morning. I have listed the "conflict type" as collision with a vehicle, as that is the most likely cause of death, but I have no actual knowledge of such a collision.

but there’s a large dead deer just east of 1906 S Hillside Drive, Bloomington, IN 47401, on the south side of the road, lying partially on the sidewalk. It’s summer; I walk past there often to take the bus; it’ll be horrible very soon…
