South of 921 W 9th St, there are two wooden utility poles that are very noticably bent. No wires are yet touching the ground, but they are not far overhead and it seems like the poles will break in the next storm.

Throughout the winter and currently, this uninhabited property has had unhoused people utilizing the garage in the back yard. People wander the alley and wander in the yard on a regular basis.
