There is a construction cut in the road on 17th that is really deep to go over. There weren’t any signs warning of a big bump. The car behind me severely swerved out of the way to miss it. This is move in week, this is a dangerous situation!

I made contact last week about a car that was parked illegally in front of my house at which time it was ticketed. The problem is the car is still in the same spot, ticket still on the windshield, and I was wondering if there is anything to be done because it makes it very difficult to use the access road that runs along my house.

I rode through on 4th heading west to east and encountered a fair amount of loose sand on the road surface. It is on 4th just east of Walnut.
That was around 10:30am. I have not been back through to see if it is still on the roadway.
Excessive Growth

This property immensely violates the City code regarding overgrowth of the yard and landscaping. In fact, the public sidewalk attached to this property that runs along 16th Street is practically impassable. There is barely a walkable path where the sidewalk should be.
