This trash has been on the rear porch all summer long. Animals have picked at this garbage and spread the debris all around. In addition, the black trash can has been at the curb since last week.

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.

Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Hi Folks, Recently I reported that a neighbor of mine had not been cutting his grass (he lives at 2227 Laurelwood Drive). Someone from your office put a note on his door, and within a couple days the grass was cut. Thank you! However, this weekend I received the written warning from the city! (I live at 460 Laurelwood Drive...funny numbering in this subdivision). My grass is always well-kept, so I think someone just got confused. The form said this warning was issued by #208. Just know that the person at 2227 Laurelwood Drive did not get the warning, and it would be great to remove the warning from my records. Thanks so much! Dan Woodside

Dumpster behind this building is over flowing constantly, its only to be utilized by tenants of the building but many other people are illegally dumping. Causing rodents and bugs.
