These residents are leaving trash all over the yard, allowing people to leave it everywhere. It has turned into a massive junk yard.

These vagrants are filling the yard with tons of trash, the street has trash in it, a car is almost in the road, it is extremely unsightly.

The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. My neighbors have had trash out since the day I moved in in early August and have done nothing about it. This pile has only grown and I’m nervous that we’re going to get mice or raccoons running through our trash or even our house as a result of it. I have been told that the previous tenants have complained and as a result our house (1605 N Dunn St) has also received a fine alongside theirs, I want to make it clear that we have separate property management groups and people living there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this type of behavior by them is unacceptable.

There are multiple bags of garbage lying in the front near the sidewalk and some have been ripped open by animals. These have been out there for several days.
