We've had a problem with invasive Tree of Heaven ever since the city came a couple years ago to clear the overgrowth in the "alley" space at the northwest corner of the property. Since then, the overgrowth has of course returned, but it's now more aggressive, with the inclusion of Tree of Heaven, which is spreading to the rest of the property. It might be a good idea to clear that overgrowth again. Perhaps there are other preventative measures that can be taken.

Sent an email to leasing office of dirty and damaged areas, never replied No contact from leasing office about current infestation or a plan of action Ignored maintenance requests from over a month ago Paying full rent although unable to access or use any units within laundry room Concerns of safety due to insecticides, long term chemical use, slip hazards Concerns for safety due to humidity in apartment and suspected mold Management not providing a safe and habitable place of living
Trash can has been left out front of house for 2-3 weeks. Elkins has been notified over a week ago.
The over growth along Prospect Street west of Madison Avenue is totally out of control. This is the city's property as the owner's property line is within about a foot of the house. Grass and weeds have overgrown the street, brush and trees are hanging over the street. Although parking is allowed along the north side of the street, it is not practical with all the over growth. Please, remedy this problem to maintain the beauty of our neighborhood and city. Also, I have made calls for three years running and reported this problem previously on ureport. Nothing has been done to remedy the problem.
When uReport case #184684 was submitted, the interface assigned it to the wrong address when the map was clicked on. The tree of issue is on the east side of Dunn, right by the parking lot for 502 E. 12th Street and standing on the NW corner of the lot for 820 N. Dunn. There is poison ivy on the north side of the tree, with many other invasive plants growing all around the base of it.
apartment infestation not resolved, exterminator sprays chemicals 2-3 times a week in unventilated rooms. Concern for our health and safety as apartment doesn’t have a resolution for the situation and fear long term effects of the chemicals being used
