There is a missing access cover in the sidewalk on W 7th between College and Morton streets just about at the NE corner of the parking garage with the "Fruit" art hanging from it. This would be a real ankle turner if you stepped in it. Thanks!

Water leak near sidewalk! URGENT!!!
On Hinkle Rd North of Griffy Lake about a half mile there is a water hydrant spewing water. Time 11:41 am date 10-13-25
The water pressure for this residence spiked on October 2. It continues to be high.
Soil has eroded from storm drainage pipe that diverts water onto private property. There is evidence of prior mitigation from rip rap but more ground seems to be losing stability and there is also evidence of plant life dying.

At 3624 E Tamarron Dr it appears as if there is a water main break with water flowing down the street. This is probably due to the execive (125 psi) water preasure.
One of the great covers on the storm sewer has gone missing. I’m going to see if I can get a hold of the police or someone because it’s the farmers market and I’m concerned that someone might fall in there. It’s about a 4 foot drop and it’s right off the curb, right next to the B line (space just to the north)
