BRUSH GROWING INTO ALLEY - 2ND REPORT
BRUSH GROWING INTO ALLEY - 2ND REPORT
There are a few fairly significant potholes on Highland, on the north side of the intersection of 1st and Highland.
The sidewalk is covered by vegetation. It's extremely dangerous to ride bike since I have to get really close to the end of the sidewalk which was a steep drop off toward the incoming traffic.
Low-hanging tree growth is obstructing sidewalk on North Maple Street between 5th & 6th Streets on the west side of the street towards 6th.
the stop sign by showplace 11, when approached from the west side street off college mall rd. is hidden behind branches that over hang the tall hedge. The sign needs to be visible before one gets to it. Generally one or two branches are trimmed occasionally. That's not enough.
Street light out on corner of E. University and Mitchell.
Retaining wall collapsed, is now blocking sidewalk
I think this spot needs some attention
Main entrance to College Mall Apts, on 2nd St, has 2 lights on each side (north and south) of the island; these lights never turn on. Management said this is for city/Duke.
Q: The south, east and west median strips adjacent to the Renwick/Moores Pike roundabout are well-maintained. However, the north median (by Ridgemede Hills) is neither planted nor weeded. How can this be remedied?
