Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. A visitor to the atrium this morning 8/29/2024 complained of sediment from 402 South Euclid Avenue washing onto the sidewalk along Howe Street. The visitor did not leave contact information for follow up.

Saulius Alminauskas came into OOTM on 9.28.12 to complain that BPD officers come to his residence every month "for no reason" and harass him. He said police officers had busted down his door earlier that morning and assaulted him. He plans to talk to his attorney and possibly take legal action. He lives at 604 Moss Creek Drive.

A CONCERNED CITIZEN CAME INTO THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE CULVERT PIPE INSTALLED ON SOUTH ROGERS STREET ( A FEW YARDS NORTH OF #1604) AT THE RAILROAD TRACKS. THE GROUND/ROAD ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER IS ERODING AWAY CAUSING A STEEP DROP OFF. REYNOLDS COMPANY DID A ROAD PROJECT AT THIS AREA APPROXIMATELY LAST YEAR OR THE YEAR BEFORE. THE CITIZEN IS CONCERNED THAT THE ROAD WILL CONTINUE TO ERODE AWAY, COULD SOMEONE FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TAKE A LOOK AT THE PIPE.
