Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. Saulius Alminauskas came into OOTM on 9.28.12 to complain that BPD officers come to his residence every month "for no reason" and harass him. He said police officers had busted down his door earlier that morning and assaulted him. He plans to talk to his attorney and possibly take legal action. He lives at 604 Moss Creek Drive.
