"Discarded trash behind 919 has been ripped open by animals and scattered by 2 storms since. flowed into the street and clogged drains to flooding street scattering trash even further.. She is purchasing this house and there is a pickup sitting on the corner that is being used for trash. This has been sitting for there for some time. Also, the house at 1002 W 6th is overgrown and is trashy.

The sidewalk along the west side of North Jackson Street, just South of 15th Street is overgrown with bushes, weeds and tree limbs. Residents have to walk out in the street because they cannot walk on the sidewalk.
