KEn Bardonner lives at 501 S. Hawthorne Drive. There are a couple of blind spots due to tree/bush overgrowth. THE HILL ON HILLSDALE DRIVE, BETWEEN 202 & 208 S HILLSDALE, OBSTRUCTS THE VIEW OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC FOR TRAFFIC EXITING HILLSDALE COURT. THIS PROBLEM IS COUPLED WITH SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC SPEEDING. THE PROBLEM HAS INCREASED AS HILLSDALE IS NOW USED AS A BYPASS FOR THE 46 BY-PASS
Corner of Arlington & Gourley pike cannot see to pull onto Arlington from Gourley Pike because of overgrowth looking west by the bridge.
There is a stone pillar on the northwest corner that has high grass/flowers surrounding it. If you are approaching the 4-way stop going eastbound on Grimes Lane. You cannot see if someone is going southbound on Henderson Street. This is a 4-way stop but she was hit when someone ran the stop sign going southbound. She could not see them approach the intersection until she was halfway into it.
Regina stopped by Public Works and stated that someone came in to appeal a parking ticket because the 2 hour parking sign was obscured by low hanging limb on the east side of the 400 Block of North Walnut.
