Front lawn mowed, back lawn not mowed, trees from property raking the house at 223 N. Adams, causing damage to aluminum siding, rain blowing into space just beneath roof

Trash is beginning to pile up beside the house.
Dog(small black) is allowed to run unrestrained. House next to this one (1203 1/2 N. Lincoln) has the same problem.
Trash is sitting out with no stickers. It is also over-weight.
Sidewalk is covered with ice.
sidewalks need cleared of snow. he cited expert tire and karton city locations.
The Greyhound Bus Company would be using the Cab Co. as a drop off and pick-up area. They would be moving their business from S. Walnut Street to 217 W. 6th Street. McNeely would need the three spaces on the south side of 6th in front of his business as a loading zone for the bus to pull in. The busses would come off of Morton and be able to pull directly into this loading area for drop off/pick-up.
Weeds and overgrowth
The dumpster area behind the Bluebird Nightclub and cups and trash all over the ground.
Heather Marie Zuhl of 216 N. Lincoln St. illegally dumped her trash into the dumpster of 208 N. Lincoln, we have examples of the trash dumped
