WHEN IT RAINS THE WATER POOLS IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE CAUSING A DANGEROUS SITUATION. See letter Stetson turned in. The neighbor at 1016 E. Maxwell Lane is constructing an entry off of Manor Road. They are filling in the drainage ditch with soil thereby blocking the water flow. Stetson feels that during the next rain this work could cause severe water damage to her basement

Mr. Ogle is very concerned about an improperly placed sidewalk at this location -- says it's a hazard.
Parents have been complaining to school crossing guard that the sidewalk by the first driveway south of High and Greenbriar is full of mud and the kids have to walk through it. They would like this cleaned up.
Judy Fulford - 812-325-6537 and [email protected] Complaint at 702 E 10th Street. Would like some information on the curb placed at her driveway slope. The way it is currently paved over by the city, is causing water to drain straight in her basement. She would like to have this looked at.
Kenneth Crevier - 603-630-8635 Homeowner stated that our city tree is pushing up the sidewalk at their address. This sidewalk is not currently able to be used by some disabled residents.
At 2nd Street and Euclid, there is a strip of sidewalk with no curb cut. This is next to the yellow house that is across from 919 W. 2nd Street. This curb does not allow for a resident of this neighborhood that is in a wheelchair to turn around at this location, or move through this section of sidewalk.
