Contractor wants to meet onsite to discuss a storm drainage prroblem and ways to correct it. Address: 2741 S Jalen Ct. Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. Cable has been run across ground on his lot to another home next door. It is not buried and apparently not in a utility easement. Citizen doesn't really want to complain, but does want to know what TCI's plans are for this cable and is willing to work with them. MIGHT be willing to let them run thru his yard as he also wants to avoid disturbing his garden which is near the actual easement but wants to know how & where they'd dig, etc.. Would like TCI to contact him re: this.

Odyssey is a multi-religious family network including Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, Jewish, and Muslim programming.
