This is a continuation of #185394, which was never resolved - because their is still a significant amount of construction debris in the bicycle lane. That ticket and this ticket have the same address at the top.
There are sudden piles of gravel in the bike lane and debris in the drains. This is very dangerous for bike users
This Suburban regularly parks on the sidewalk, fully blocking the sidewalk which requires pedestrians to walk in the street. The house is in the SouthEast corner of Wylie and Fairview.
3 homeless people making themselves comfortable on our public sidewalks. Bloomington is on its way to looking like San Francisco

Just at the west end of the railing on the new sidewalk on W 14th street, there are two of those large, orange barrels you might see at a construction site. They've been there for a week or two at least. Would somebody come and pick them up? Thank you!

If no citation or fine is issued, I would like to be notified within a reasonable time with the specific reasons why the local law will not be enforced in this instance. Thanks.
