People are living out of a maroon van that is parked in front of the house. Trash and debris everywhere around this house. Possible drug use going on as well.

What is the proper protocol for trash illegally dumped at the road? I got a citation as property owner that I have to clean up, stuff that was dumped in the street, according to the inspector most is in our yard so we have to clean it up. Which is a lie most is in your street and a little is in the tree plot. I don’t think I should be responsible to clean up what someone illegally dumped in your streets.

Good Afternoon. I hope that someone in your department can check into this issue. In the 1200 block of South Madison Street, the westside sidewalk is blocked by what used to be (I assume) a sofa and a downed tree. The sofa has been there for a couple of weeks & the tree came down this past weekend. I live in the 1400 block and drive past it daily so I, and I'm sure the rest of my neighbors, would truly appreciate it if these problems could be taken care of. Thank you so much! The Graduate Hotel has turned its tree plot ground on the Lincoln St. side into gravel. Did the city approve this? In the past, the City Forester has not approved converting planting ground into gravel beds around trees.
