Hello, The storm drain in the cul-de-sac in front of my property is clogged, causing flooding through my front yard and possibly into the crawlspace of my house. Trash. I considered just giving a verbal warning but the facility smelled like feces on inside and cigarette smoke just outside front doors while delivering groceries. Another trash pile close by. Old people deserve better even if they have dementia
Our neighbors that live at the home on the NW corner of 11th & Lindbergh have water that flows from a spot near the sidewalk on Lindbergh and pools down at the intersection. This morning it was a strong flow. It pools and is causing issues at the end of the street & potholes are forming. It often smells like sewage. We have lived on Lindbergh since October 2018 and this became an issue in mid to late 2021. It did not always smell like sewer, but it has been more recently. We have noticed stronger flows more recently as well, whereas before it may have just been a trickle so we assumed it was stormwater from a sump pump or roof drain.

End of our driveway but to me looks like it is in the city street, patchwork was done a year or more ago for a utility waterline leak and the patch has come up again. I contacted this forum about 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything yet. Thought I would try again. Thanks
multiple complaints of trash everywhere several requests have been made for cleanup and nothing has happened
I had an unpleasant near miss biking the small connector trail that Weatherstone down to Highland Ave. At the bottom of the hill, a scooter was on its side, in the middle of the pathway. It was not visible until almost right on top of it, and I came close to wiping out. The city needs to find a solution to scooters that are abandoned haphazardly on sidewalks and bike trails. This is not the first incident I've had, and certainly won't be the last. Eventually someone will get seriously hurt.

At 20th and Washington there are 2 large potholes that would damage your vehicle if you hit one. You cannot get two vehicles through at the same time as a result of the potholes.
Grass has not been mowed yet this year by owners of Forest Ridge Apartments on S Basswood Drive, Bloomington, IN. It is over a foot tall in spots.
