Wednesday, August 9 The catch basin on the west side of the street just north of where the Indiana Rail Road crosses Pete Ellis Drive seems to be plugged somewhere underneath the road. Debris doesn’t pile up on the grate the way it used to, and the large puddle I observed after this afternoon’s thunderstorm was draining only slowly. This weekend we WILL be trimming the trees around the sidewalk inside our cul-de-sac. However, we along with all of our neighbors are not happy with the "no mow" grass that is on Sare Road outside of our property. Matt Smethurst is who told us it was "no mow" and would stay lower than 8" in height. It did not stay short and is now hard to see around and looks awful. I tried to email back to Matt off of our original communication and his email bounced back as not active. Could someone please help with this?

We neighbors on Hunters Glen were informed that this outside area bordering Brian & Kim Crawford’s home is a protected natural area and cannot be cleaned up by residents. This year, it has grown to be, literally, a hazard. There’s are tree limbs and vines that are hanging down, als graze the cars as you pass under them . There is a tight curve in the road and the overgrown trees & shrubbery block visibility and is an accident walking to happen— especially with a home for sale on the cul-de-sac, resulting in increased traffic and strangers in the street. In addition, the greenery planted by the city when they put in the new multiuse path in sare rd is now also VERY overgrown, making exiting Hunters Glen scary and hazardous. We would really appreciate someone from the city coming to handle this clean up for us— before am accident occurs! The photos do not show the actual severity of the situation. Water meter cover is cracked and fallen into pit

Everyday from 3:35-4:00 people park in front the buildings along 2nd St near the elementary schools and they partially block the street. There is no parking in this area. In addition, it makes it very difficult to see to pull out of buildings along this street. Please send an officer to assist with informing these individual that they cannot park in these areas.

Tic 184936 was closed saying the standard “they monitor the area and….” Also said they return shopping carts to stores but I have seen the exact same people for weeks with the exact same shopping carts. Just because they have their stuff in them doesn’t mean they are theirs. Staff needs to have them remove their stuff and return carts. Walked b-line downtown yesterday and saw 6-8 shopping carts with stuff in them.
