Our ticket #175393 was closed. It states that the tree cut down by the city could not be replaced due to utility issues. We are ok with that and fully understand. However, is it possible for the stump to be removed? We keep cutting the new growth on the top of the stump, but it does not look very good.
Yard is overgrown. Recurring problem.
Retaining wall is collapsing onto sidewalk, blocking wheelchair use. Owner has not maintained wall - pieces have been haphazardly thrown back onto the property over the last couple years since the house degenerated into a rental.
Street light broken off, pitch black area at night
A tree is growing in this drain. Also, there is erosion around the concrete on the north (uphill) side.
Pothole in the east bound lane in front of Bloomington Hospital on W Second Street, heading towards College,

Excessive graffiti on the "story walk" panels at Butler park. So bad you cant even read the story on some pages
