Sewage backup into washing machine. Other reports in the Park Ridge East community make me question if it's a bigger issue then a clogged pipe at my house.

I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Upholstered furniture on from lawn for several weeks

Large part of street has broken up. Our elderly neighbor tripped and fell when walking through it. She had a limp for several weeks. Plus one of our kids tripped as well.

The accessible crosswalk signal on the south east corner of South Walnut and East Kirkwood Ave. is not working to alert pedestrians for safe crossing of Walnut Street.
