Given that tomorrow is the last date to lodge complaints against how the Southeast Park Trail 2 was constructed, and given that I've already lodged complaints against this (to no avail), I am one last time losing a last complaint against the SE Park Trail 2, to document that you people aren't even considering this issue as relevant. Just to document this for records, I've complained about the SE Park 2 issues for a couple of years now. The City chooses to ignore these complaints. I have only complained about how The City and their colleagues ignored my complaints over time. And still...... At some point will our city planners do something about this? No?

The sidewalk along High Street is nice, and it is not been salted by the land owner. Please fix this. My partner's daughter fell - twice. This is a hazard.

2124 E Woodstock Place nuisance lights over garage are on all night. They are not shaded and not pitched down.

My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. 5th Street between Jefferson and Union streets is beyond the repair of simply fixing pot holes. Some of the damage on the street is due to property owners fixing their sewer lines and then not repaving the street.

Only three tenants at the location, but water usage is 11k gallons. I suspect some sort of water leak, as tenants aren’t taking 5 baths a day. Would like to get the water meter checked, if there’s no leak. I will also contact the rental agency. Let me know via email or call. Thank you.

I am unsure this is a city issue, there is was looks like a n old landline access panel or junction box on 5th st. that is next to the road (maybe in ROW) that is unlocked and now open. See the picture.

E 5th Street needs to be repaved. It is beyond just patching potholes. It is dangerous to walk on because the pavement is broken on both sides of the streets. The city will not prioritize a sidewalk, so pedestrians must share the road with cars and bikes. Please look at the include photo and tell me that it can be repaved!
