Pothole on Winslow Farm Drive just outside entrance to Moss Creek Drive. City has done some patching in the area, but seems to have missed this.

W Church Lane. From Victor Pike heading east toward Rogers St. The road has many potholes. Part of the road has been washed away,causing a huge hole on the side of the road. Again there are several, however I hit a pretty deep one and busted my tire. And bent my rim. I uploaded a picture to try to show how deep it is. If you need more pictures. SE corner of Howe and Rogers, car is parked in driveway blocking sidewalk. This happens regularly at this address.
The street lights at E 1st St and S Fess Ave and E 1st St S stull Ave are out. This makes the neighborhood very dark, and makes it much more dangerous for pedestrians and bikers at night.
There is a pothole on S. Walnut St. Pike between College Square apartments and the church.
Someone side swiped my car between sometime after dark last night to this morning causing damage to my vehicle. I would like to file a police report.
You made a mess out of this intersection. The traffic lines are crooked and northbound traffic slows tremendously going through the intersection as right lane cars are going left of center into the passing lane. This was not an issue before the construction that made oversized corner sidewalks. The corner sidewalks are too large for the traffic flow and design.
