parking meter Morn 400 A (across from city hall) does not work. I added two quarters and the most it would register is 18 minutes.

There was a vehicle without a license plate in RCA Park tonight that was driving back into the woods area. They dod this by removing a fence barrier, diving on the grass and then on the paved path. They were parked back by the old torn down shelter house. They were being quite loud. They were then driving on the pavement. I am sending photos that may appear as several messages.
