County is getting 16 paid holidays and discussion of 8.5% COLA raise with starting salaries already at a higher wage than most comparable positions within the City, in addition to many roles working 8am-4pm. Will this continued deficit in pay and benefits be addressed in the upcoming budget decisions for City staff?

City workers replacing sidewalks on south side of 1st Street between Ballantine and Jordan has started well before 7:00 a.m., estimiate 6:20 a.m. for a couple of days now, violating the city's own noise regulation. It is not intermittent, but rather a cement truck continually backing up.

We joined an event Sunday, 9/17. It was advertised as a muscial event at the Main Performance Stage. I had several handicapped people to transport there. There was NO map of Switchyard park. There was no accessibility information. There was no information about a drop off place for people in wheelchairs or walkers. A map showing walkways, accessibility entrances, and all venues for Switchyard is needed!

I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? New residents are not being informed about what can be put in recycling containers. The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done. This address has had recycling containers sitting by the street for awhile now.
