Traveling west/east on Patterson has become impossible, because the light at the Fairview intersection literally only allows 4-5 cars through before turning red. I understand the workers at Catalent (or whatever company is right there) need to get out, but there are usually no cars leaving that business, yet the light continues to turn red for east/west travelers. The light needs to be put on sensors or scheduled to match when employees are leaving their shifts. Seriously, it is super frustrating, and the traffic backup has made it impossible to travel that route. Please consider fixing this light.

Left turn arrow on S. Walnut southbound for E. Hillside goes green every cycle regardless of whether there's a car on the loop in the left turn lane or not.

Reaching out potentially for more information. We have a lot of Residents who use this trail by our property at City Flats and they have continuously complained about the downed trees and brush around the trail and being a potential fire hazard. On the North loop side of the lake, there are those steps going up to the dam from what used to be the old dog park. Yesterday I nearly fell when I stepped on a loose step, the fourth one down from the top. The nails are barely in and the wood can tip out of place as you step on it.

There is a very low power line in front of 1001 W 11th street that fell during a storm. I am unable to reach the side walk and people walking on the side walk are also at risk of touching it.

Scooter in middle of pedestrian/bike trail at underpass 7th street and the bypass. It’s been there for a few days. Generally there are scooters in the middle of this trail regularly.
