Light at 10th and the Bypass does not permit eastbound traffic through while a train is passing by. Eastbound traffic turning right to go south can still proceed via a right on red, but traffic that would not be backing up due to the train does not get a green signal until the train has passed. There are two large potholes which have recently formed in the Westbound passing lane.
Asphalt along edge of roadway (Sussex) is crumbling and falling into gutter. I've stacked up a pile of asphalt here in front of 2006 Sussex. The resulting rough transition from the street to the gutter is in need of repair.
Montclair / Queensway intersection is in bad shape with potholes and crumbling asphalt.

There is a pothole next to the yellow dividers for left turn onto Monroe St. in the left westbound lane.
Off of the parking lot directly behind this house is a large pothole on the left edge of the alley as your enter onto W 8th St. heading towards Walnut St. This is the alley directly behind Sports on Walnut St

There are many potholes and dangerous areas on E. 5th St. that need to be repaired.This is in the Green acres neighborhood and it is east of Hillsdale Dr.
This curb at the corner of 14th st and Woodburn Ave, on Woodburn Ave side needs the yellow curb repainted please.
