I have been trying to obtain a copy of my police report. The process in order to do so is unreasonable for adults with full time employment. The office hours hours in order sign the paper to get my case report are typically unobtainable with my work hours and commute. Especially with everything related to COVID-19, there should be an option to submit the form online and make the request digitally. However, I would also like to mention that I am thankful for the work that the police department does to keep the community safe.

Cambridge Square Apartments bldg 303 unit 313.A person going by the name of DaeDae climbed my buildings balconies on 3 separate occasions. Stole my Ray Bans and on the third he saw the Prophet in me got scared and jumped. Now I called 911 and it led to the calls being dropped mysteriously. The safety check that was called in on my behalf was never performed by BPD.
Homeless people sleeping in the woods across from the residence townhomes. They're making residents feel unsafe and unable to sit on their porches. They're leaving tremendous amounts of trash and human waste in the entire area. Have contacted police multiple times to report the trespassing.

Please take note of the quote about their goal. I think Bloomington needs to make the goal of public safety a top and most important priority! While it's always been an issue by my definition, the amount of speeding has seemed to have gone way up in recent weeks/months. There are a lot of kids playing in this general area and many of us in the neighborhood are more and more concerned. What can be done?
Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. Hello. There is a problem with reckless driving in the Maple Heights neighborhood. I experience it on my daily walks on Fairview, 11th, Maple, 13th, Jackson, Rogers, etc... I see it and hear it throughout my day specifically on 13th street both west and east directions and Fairview both north and south directions. Frequently, it is a vehicle speeding north on Fairview, then turning east on 13th street. Then just a few minutes later the same car speeds in the reverse directions. Is this some sort of a methamphetamine pickup? I don't know. But it is regular, has been a regular occurrence, and I am tired of it. The worst regular occurrence are negligent, selfish motorists traveling at very high speeds from the east on 13th street heading west to Maple. I was taking in the recycling bin last night and could not believe the speed at which someone drove past me. This is not safe. There is a special needs adolescent in the neighborhood who sometimes dances around in the street. There are children that play and should have every right to play without cars traveling at high speeds past them. This is incredibly dangerous driving in a residential neighborhood and I would appreciate it if the police could enforce the traffic laws prior to their being property damage and/or personal injury.
