Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. Overgrowth is covering the house and utilities.
Lot is overgrown, piles of trash are in the driveway and a homeless person lives in his car on the driveway.
Lot is overgrown so much that the house is disappearing. It has not been tended for over 3 years.
Excessive debris and extreme overgrowth in the back yard causing infestation of insects and animals.
Daddy personal living here has not mowed or cared for their lawn in an extended period of time. There are now two fawn who have taken up residence in the backyard. They are unable to leave the area because they are too small to jump over the fence. The backyard is becoming a literal deer sanctuary.
New sidewalk is missing a curb cut and thus not ADA compliant
