Heading south (up the hill) on N. Blue Ridge Dr, I want to turn left onto E. Blue Ridge Dr. The shrubs are so dense that I cannot see oncoming traffic. Photo is standing on E. BRD; I would be approaching from the right and aiming to turn left.

Street lamp on the SE corner of Lincoln and 11th periodically goes out then comes back on a few moments later. Case #170190 has not been resolved. There is trash on the ground on the east side of the house and a pile of refuse on the SE corner of the property visible from the alley that is mostly cardboard and will become a mess when the next rain occurs.
