This is a sightline/sign issue, I am Bob Loviscek and I reside at 605 N Smith Road. The picture that is attached is from the end of my driveway looking South. The address of this issue is 601 N Smith Road. The treeline on this property is creating a significant safety issue by not being able to see northbound traffic coming on Smith Road. The trees also have overgrown to the point they cover the Bridge Height sign. I have emailed the offices of HAND and Planning and Transportation to help correct this problem and it still has not been taken care of. Any assistance would be appreciated before someone is hit coming out of my driveway. I can be contacted at 812 219 4749.

If you turn onto Gorley Pk going east off of Kinser, there is a tree branch sticking out into the roadway from the brush at the first sharp turn. It's a few feet into the roadway a few feet off the ground and is about 6" in diameter.

Water leak at 2622 E Windermere Woods and 2624 E Windermere Woods Dr. Water bubbling from ground around tree. Workers informed us that it is a utility line problem.

For several days now, a burgundy Pontiac van has been parked going the wrong way in front of 837 W 6th Street. It's at the corner of 6th and Waldron. The van will be easy to spot because it has a Papa John's delivery sign on the top.
