Hello, There is water coming up from under the paved surface of the city hall parking lot. The water leak is located in the east-most visitor parking spot -- where the drain is located. On S. Fess on the west side of the street, between 2nd and Hunter, between the sidewalk and the curb, you fill find the scene as shown in the attached photo. It appears a water meter lid is missing and there are some pieces that look askew. This is a large, deep hole that could seriously injure someone who steps into it.

Very bad potholes at 4-way stop on 2nd and Jordan
There is an excessive build up of sand on the street at S. Morton Street and W. 2nd Street. The sand is on Morton, to the north of 2nd. A lot of cyclists come from the B-Line and get onto Morton at 2nd to head into the Prospect Hill Neighborhood. A friend I was riding with almost bit the dust (or, ate sand) trying to make the turn right there onto Morton on Sunday. Can this get swept up and cleared away? Thanks!
