last time when it was repaired the asphalt was packed directly on top of the old surface so it easily breaks away. There is also some settlement in this segment of the road. Please remove the cracked asphalt and pack new one down to the gravel. Thanks a lot.

This is a recurring issue from last year. Commercial equipment being parked in our Sycamore Knolls subdivision for over 3 months! Don’t know if it’s in need of repair, but they’ve had plenty of time if it does. Also, Sycamore Knolls subdivision has Convenants prohibiting the parking of such vehicles in the neighborhood. Can the proper authority/department please address this issue at the intersection of Arden and Sycamore Court. Thank you for your time.

Two vehicles on Zona Ct. have been sitting for quite some time. One vehicle is missing a license plate and tree debris has found itself tucking in around the front of the vehicle. The other vehicle has a flat tire and hasn't been moved in several months.
