Faded stop sign very hard to see. Also lots of tree branches obscure the sign as well. This particular stop sign is located at the intersection of 8th & Jackson Streets.
This is not an issue, however, I'm wanting to find out who I need to speak with regarding hosting a yoga event/class at one of the city parks, Olcott Park to be specific. I would not require the use of any picnic tables/shelters, and would just like to be able to use a grassy area to hold a yoga class. It would like be on a Friday evening, during park hours, but fairly late, around twilight. Do I need to get special approval for this, and if so, who should I speak with? The trail is totally covered from side to side by a slurry of mud and gravel. This is the Clear Creek Trail. I would give the location as on the Clear Creek Trail between Rockport and That Road, about where Fullerton / Gordon Pike would hit the Clear Creek Trail if it connected through. There is a gravel path that goes from the trail back up the hill towards the east, as a reference point. It is half a mile from Rockport Road on the trail towards That Road.

Missing stop sign: The stop sign for Mitchell heading north at Maxwell is on the ground due to sidewalk construction. I just saw a car zoom through this intersection, heading north on Mitchell, without a pause. Since traffic does not stop on Maxwell, this would be dangerous if a car on Maxwell was also in the intersection.
14th and Lindbergh has a Ford Taurus and Mercedes parked causing issues for the construction crew. Both cars seemed to be non driveable and haven’t moved in months. This is causing an issue with us having to use another street and we have to make a turn into the sight that’s not doable with the large trucks.
There is a thick layer of gravel that has washed across the sidewalk at 411 s Lincoln.
