This car was reported by me in 2016, 2017, and around 2 weeks ago in 2019. In all of this time the car has not moved on it's own power. After I reported the last time and a policeman came and talked with the owner, it has been pushed about 12 feet closer to Fairview. It is not in front of our sidewalk anymore, yet since Hoosier Heights opened parking places are at a premium. Not sure what was said the last time but the license still shows 2016.

Help - Runoff backup issues! Insufficient runoff drainage on the East side of S. Meadowbrook Dr in Parkridge East between 111 S. Meadowbrook drive and the 101 S Meadowbrook Dr causing significant backups and flooding for residents. Particularly the runoff drainage ditch is blocking the culvert in front of 111 S. Meadowbrook. Picture attached. Request the drainage ditch be deepened in this area so that the culvert is unblocked and provides sufficient slope to keep water flowing toward E. Morningside runoff drainage.

The Ferguson Dog Park has low lying areas in all three parts of it. It floods and there is standing water for days after a rain. Just needs a little dirt and some grass seed.

Hello, would it be possible to make the intersection of North Dr and Henderson St (and Summitview Place) a four-way stop? It's currently a two-way with Henderson traffic not stopping, and at multiple points during the day with the bus stop right at that corner cars will wait easily up to five minutes just to have enough of a break in traffic to cross (or even turn in some cases). Also, heading across on North, with the school's baseball field right at that corner and the black material put up on the fence now, it's practically a blind corner unless you creep up to the point that you're in the intersection. Going back to the bus stop, I also think it'd be much safer for pedestrians as there are many who walk their dogs around both the apartment complex (Summit Pointe) and the school's sidewalks. I've attached a photo of the intersection I'm referring to, however Maps isn't showing the baseball field for some reason. Thank you for your consideration!

I am a resident of Bloomington and live at: 3445 Constance Avenue I am enrolled in a college course called Environmental Technology. I have a project to perform and was asked by my instructor for the following items of the city where I live, Water Treatment Facility. 1. Types of pipe material 2. Initial cost of the water treatment system 3. Design water flow rate 4. Number of water towers and pumping stations 5. Problems with the system since it was built in 1967 6. Change in elevation from highest to lowest compared to where the location of water treatment facility 7. Types of disinfectant used I found three websites with a lot of information that I need but is there any other sites that would give me some of the answers to the questions listed above? At the intersection of Clark Street and 7th Street the stop sign was changed from a 4 way stop to a two way stop and if you are driving north on Clark to the stop it is impossible to see if there is oncoming traffic coming from the west on 7th street because of bushes in the way making for a dangerous intersection
