I have reported scooters at the NW corner of 11th and rogers on monday and tuesday (see #166882). They left yesterday afternoon, then they came back before this morning. 2x bird.

The gentleman second from the right put his cigarette butt down the storm sewer. I don't mind him smoking, but putting that kind of carcinogen down the storm sewer is ecologically dangerous. please let him know this is unacceptable. thank you
Improper construction stormwater management practices
Debris has clogged the storm sewer drain grate preventing adequate drainage
I sent this problem in last week. The resolution was they've been clearing the storm drains but they were not going to pick up the debris and tell leaf pickup. This is going to cause the grass today as it does every fall. In Park Ridge as last year we put our leaves at eight weeks we waited for the leaves to be picked up. If these storm drains are going to have piles of leaves next to them for the next 8 weeks then this intersection is going to flood every single time we have rain. This is at the bottom of Three Hills. And the pile is going to get so large like it did last year 4 by 4 by 3 feet high. That the grass is going to die again. It seems reasonable to have the storm sewers cleared and the debris carried away every time we have a flooding event. If this is not resolved differently I will be contacting the mayor. There is an old stump of a stop sign on the south side of Henderson, sidewalk, between second and Atwater, my brother was running and almost broke his toe on it!.
Stump of old sign post, very close to corner of Henderson and second, on the sidewalk on the West side of Henderson's sidewalk, north of second. My brother almost broke his toe on it when running to campus. Thanks!
