Overgrown foliage impedes dog walking, makes adjacent property management harder (you're spreading weeds), endangers neighborhood (place for dkunks and people to hid). Never seen so much mess in 17 years living at this address.
the drinking fountain does not work it's not turned on. Now that school's out it should be turned on. I thought it was on earlier this year.
Water fountain near NE corner of Showers Bldg has not been turned on this year. Additionally, the fountain near the flag pole hasn't worked for years. Water is important for people (and dogs) doing their bit for health and public engagement. If we can't have water, announce a policy and remove the fountains.
there is a blow up mattress with people sleelung on it in the building and trades shelter house.
There has been a burnt plastic smell in 9th Street park for months during business hours. I finally caught Bloomington iron & metal in the act. They are using some sort of torch or arc cutter to cut painted metal and it is burning off the enamel as they go. It has pretty much ruined 9th st park. I'm sure this isnt you guys' responsibility, but its your problem (sorry). Thanks! The photo was taken from the b line, and in person the cloud of smoke is very visible.

a kickball league appears to be playing at Olcott Park. that's great. the problem is they are parking on the grass along the road inside the park despite the fact that the parking lot is nearly empty. there "no parking" signs that should be enforced. the cars are parked there this afternoon--Sunday at 1:50 pm.
