There is a disconnect between the lat/long feature of the application and City staff who use the application. I just had two tickets closed because I used the lat/long feature instead of a street address. Imagine my surprise when I went back and looked at older cases that I sumitted to find out they were closed, without notice, because "no location was given". Either training needs to increase or the lat/long feature should be removed from the application.

The description field on android is terrible. There is only one line, no paragraph style during input. My keyboard does none of its fancy autocorrecting.
