To whom that gave this Dream Dr Martin Luther King, to the real criminal to their own people, with out do more research.The International human right have condemn them for human abuse ,killed the un-arm and innocent demonstration worker, just asked for reasonable wage for living & 160.00 monthly, he ordered to shoot and killed them , dead bodies and injured all over the street and also arrested them and jailed term for no reason....and many ..many more ....In this case , We Khmer people we do not want to give this Dream Award to this General and for some one had bribe and pay for a lot of money......Thanks from Cambodian People ( Khmer People ...)
