Everyday there are dozens of deer that run across this area. Recently some deer have been hit trying to cross 2nd street, around 2nd and Rose. Cars move too quickly down 2nd without paying attention, I believe this area would benefit greatly from a deer crossing sign, speed bump, or stop sign.
When it rains, the run off comes down my driveway off of High street and the parallel sidewalk and runs down my driveway pooling in front of my garage door and in turn enters my house. This will occur during a rainfall of 0.5 inch or more. Would it be possible to look at the drains on High street or add one at the top of the hill to divert water away from my driveway?
There is currently no legal way for large trucks to get to businesses located here. The following keep them away: - Low railroad bridges on Adams, Fountain, and 11th - Hump railroad crossings on Adams and Fountain - The roundabout at 17th and Monroe - Narrow residential streets - A No Trucks sign on Crescent Rd, the only easy way in.

There is a big pot hole in the middle of the street, as well as a long stretch of dented area on the side of the street. I could attach only one photo here, which shows only the former issue.
Massive pothole heading East near top of hill. Can barely swerve around it without going into west bound lane.
We rent the house at 1902 E 2nd St. Somehow the metal pole for the "No Parking at Any Time" sign in our front yard was broken. The base is still in the ground but the sign and pole are now lying on the ground.
My house shares a tree line with Southeast Park on Montclair Ave. During two storms this summer, trees on the park side have split and left large branches on the park side. These trees break due to the number of times they have been cut back by the utility companies (close to power lines that also border my property and the park) on my side of the tree line. Because of the location of the power lines and where the dead tree branches current lay, I do not know who's responsibility it is to clean up these dead limbs. I would like to request that the city take care of it, as we have had no control over the care of these trees and how they have been topped on only one side over and over again throughout the years. Pothole
The fire hydrant near the cul-de-sac, was recently tested, and now there is a small leak from the fire hydrant dripping constantly for the last 2-3 weeks.
