The neighbor at 1215 S. Brooks Dr. has a tiny stagnant pond in her back yard.
It appears that she does not attend to it & as such it is a breeding ground for mosquitos which is a major health hazard, especially considering the diseases they carry.
This stagnant pond & the resulting mosquitos are negatively impacting multiple neighbors on Brooks Dr. & Pickwick Place.
Please address this so it can be cleaned up & the health hazard eliminated

I would like to report a utility (electric/telecoms) pole that is curved and leaning and may be structurally compromised and pose a hazard. See attached photo. The location of the pole is near the Atwater Eye Care Center parking lot between Atwater Ave and E 3rd St.

I have in front of my house the remnants of a speed bump design that wasn't effective. What is left are two very small speed bumps in the center of the road. Unfortunately, the width of the space between the end of the bump and the curb in front of my house is just wide enough for a car to pass through to avoid the bump entirely. I will say comfortably 50-75 percent (this is a conservative figure) of the traffic does not slow down, and swings into that gap between the speed bump and the curb to pass by. The road in this area in front of my house has had to be repaired at least three times, and it is a hazard for pedestrians on the sidewalk to be in that proximity to the cars at speed. I also have to go through that section of the yard and pick out all the asphalt chunks that have been broken off the road and flipped into my yard before I cut the grass. It is a significant amount.
I would like to ask that a speed bump that extends across the road be considered here, much like the ones on Maxwell Drive. Is there anything you can do here? I've included a picture for context.
Thank you very much for your help.

A large tree limb is very close to falling down on the paved walking trail. The limb is hanging on by a strip of bark. It's on the trail directly behind the tennis courts.

Name of street is now Eagleson and not Jordan. Ureport system should be updated to reflect that change.

Some asphalt on the cul-de-sac has been gradually eroding due to repeated heavy large vehicle traffic over the years (mostly trash and recycling trucks, but also Amazon, UPS, etc). This patch has been growing over the past six or seven years, and will only extend further into the street as time goes by. Photo is attached (bucket is for size reference). Thanks!

The yellow paint on the curb adjacent to my driveway has (largely) worn away, and cars now park right up to my driveway on 2nd st, which is very busy. I can't see cars coming from either direction when parked cars take these (illegal) positions. I would like the yellow paint to be redone so that drivers would more often leave clearance around my driveway.

We had trees fall down onto our driveway during a storm. The trees themselves are not from our property and are from the city property right next to us. We moved them over as much as we could so that we could access our driveway, but the fallen trees are quite large and will need to be hauled away.

Unrestrained & aggressive dog (similar in size & color to a Rhodesian Ridgeback) chases people who walk by the house. Observed a young person screaming and running away from the dog for almost a block. Owners scream/curse at the dog, hit the dog, but do not properly restrain it.
