The city of Bloomington website is out-of-date. I was looking for breadmaking classes but it looked like you had to register in May. Can you clarify? Thanks...

Street lights are blinking on and off every second along Henderson by South High School. And three lights are out between South drive and Timberidge making for a very dark walk for students. The residential street light at the entrance to Winslow Farms at the 4-way with Henderson and South drive is still out as well. This is a dangerous situation.
I am a Housing Manager for IU Apartments. These two signs were found lying in our area this morning. We know nothing about them but thought you might like to retrieve them.
on henderson between miller dr & wylie the street lights are all blinking on and off
Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. I would like to thank Officer Barnes , and also let her superior know that officer Barnes is a great police officer. I am from Chicago, and was visiting my daughter in Bloomington, unfortunately I was lost, and didn't know how to get back to her apartment. I met Officer Barnes as I sat in the parking lot of shopping center that has office max, dollar store etc. my daughter was at work, and I was stuck. Officer Barnes told me she could assist me in getting to my daughters apartment which was on Rolling Ridge street. I was so impressed with her helpfulness that I had to share it with her Police department. My daughter rearranged her work schedule to come and get me.
To whom it may concern: I am a junior student at IU major in public management. I have a project proposal of creating a new location of farmer market with detailed plan. I will be really appreciate if you could take several minutes and write my proposal which attached with this message. Thank you very much. Best, Jiali Ren

Two street lights south of the 4-way stop at Henderson and South Drive are still out and have been for a year.
Three lights out on South Walnut north of Miller...the light over the Miller intersection is out, the light in front of Night Moves is out and the light in front of Blands is out.
