Hi, I’m emailing you because I recently came across the “About Bloomington” page on your website (http://bloomington.in.gov/about-bloomington#utilities) and thought it offered up some helpful information. I noticed that you link to several internet and cable TV providers under the “utilities” section, so I wanted to let you know of a helpful resource. Allconnect is a free online service that helps people find utilities, like internet and cable TV, at their exact address. All a user has to do is enter their address and then they can find, compare and order utilities in their area, without having to call each provider individually. We were also recently named one of the top 3 customer service companies in the nation. I think this would be a helpful resource for people who want to find the best deals on home service providers at their exact address, but don’t want to have to call their providers individually to set up service. Why are so many traffic lights now running 24 hour cycles instead of the yellow flashing late at night? Particularly troublesome lights are on South Walnut by the Herald Times, Henderson and Hillside, Lincoln and 3rd, Washington and 3rd. This switch was made about three weeks ago and is becoming quite annoying.

Driving east on 2nd street. Cross over 37. The straight lane to continue east on 2nd where the turn is to take 37 north. The right side, south side, green light bulb appeared burnt out today around 5:45pm.

Hello! I noticed that there are plenty of recycling options on Kirkwood, but almost none on the half right outside of the Sample Gates until you get to around FARM (I know because I had something to recycle and walked until I found a recycling bin). I think having a few more recycling options in this area would be helpful, especially considering all the recycling people might have coming out of places like Chipotle and the Pourhouse. I really hope you consider doing this!

I own a home that is currently rented at 852 S Romans Way, (Gentry Honours). Today I noticed a hole in the front yard between the sidewalk and curb area. The hole is about 8 inches around, but there is a cavern below it that is about 1.5 cu ft. Thank you!!

There are an increasing number of potholes between College/Walnut west on 46 to Ellettsville that need to be repaired before winter sets in. I know this is a state highway but to Bloomington/Ellettsville it is almost a country road. Also, there is a 50mpg sign down and damaged just west of where Monroe St intersects 46 that needs replacement/repair. Also, the retaining wall on the east bound exit of 37 to east bound 46 is covered with graffiti. Thank you for doing what you can.

There's a silver Jeep Liberty parked facing the wrong direction on Allen between S. Washington and Walnut. It has been there for several weeks. I am assuming it was abandoned because it hasn't been moved for weeks, and one of the windows was left down.
